Senior Analyst
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time in a team setting
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills

Demonstrated reliability in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
Nice to have:
Prior exposure to consulting-style environments (e.g., case competitions, research projects, or cross-functional teams)
Strong interest in consulting, strategy, or project-based problem-solving
Experience mentoring peers or taking on leadership roles (preferred but not required)
Project Manager
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to liaise with clients and communicate recommendations effectively
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
Nice to have:
Professional or extensive pro-bono consulting experience
Experience managing cross-functional teams or external stakeholders

Application Process

We hire for 3 types of roles: Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Project Manager.

The majority of this form collects administrative information. The main submission is your cover letter, resume, and unofficial transcript prepared in one PDF file with the following name convention: LastName_FirstName_Role (e.g. Smith_Jane_SC).

If shortlisted, we will contact you by email to schedule an interview. The interview will consist of two parts:
Behavioral questions - please be prepared to discuss your interest in SCI, why consulting, and prior leadership experience
Case problem solving - an interviewer-led discussion to solve a business problem relating to market sizing, profitability, new product development, supply chain optimization etc.
